you certain information, including, but not limited
to, the amount of the debt, the name of the
creditor, and to whom the debt is owed. If you have
not received this letter please advise our recovery
specialists to ensure you receive the proper
information.

You have the right to speak with a manager or
compliance representative.

You have the right to be treated professionally. Our
recovery specialists are trained to act
professionally at all times.
