About Us

We focus in the recovery of charged off credit card receivables purchased by our clients directly from the credit card issuer. We utilize two methodologies of collections: traditional collection services and litigation.

Litigation collection is a collection effort made by our associates (recovery specialists) under the direction of an attorney. These efforts consist of mailing letters, generating telephone calls and skip tracing tools to locate the debtor. This area of practice is highly regulated both by the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ("FDCPA") and internally within our firm.

Litigation efforts commence when a matter cannot be resolved by the recovery specialists. At this point an attorney determines that an account is eligible for litigation, within our jurisdiction, and, with the client's approval the legal process begins.

Once a judgment is obtained we utilize post-judgment remedies such as wage garnishment and levying on property or bank accounts. We attempt to negotiate a voluntary settlement of debt at each step of the process and encourage consumers to speak with one of our recovery specialists regarding these matters.

Additionally our clients may place accounts with us that are strictly designated for litigation and not for collection purposes.
